4 Chemist Bottles: 1. F. Buckhurst / Chemist / Melbourne. 2, 3 & 4: F. Buckhurst / Chemist / Mutual Store (4, 6 & 10 oz sizes). Medicine Chemist All Blake or Oblong shape with tool finished tops. All varying degrees of Blue-aqua to Ice blue. 4, 6, 8 and 10 oz sizes. 1: 166 mm. 2: 137 mm. 3: 156 mm. 4: 180 mm.. 1890s-1900s
1. Fair. One large chip and a smaller chip to the lip, both towards the back. Some light haze and stain and a few marks and scuffs. 2. 4 oz size - Very Good. A bit dull and some internal stain that should clean out. A few scratches and scuffs. 3. 6 oz size - Good. But does have a bruise and chip to the lip and some chipping to the front base edge. Only lightly dull through the main part of the bottle. 4. Fair. A large chipped area to the left side top, some nibbles elsewhere to the lip. Shallow chip to side base edge. Rust stain over the surface and a bit of stain inside. Some haze and light surface etching. Very strong embossing and impressive large sized bottle. Grade: N/A Estimate: $10 - 20
