Square Gothic Arch Pickle. No base mark. Goldfields Pickle Applied top, ring in neck, three of four panels have a single gothic arch, the fourth panel remaining blank. Aqua. 13 oz. 222 mm. 1850s
Very Good. Polished. Still has some etching internally, although this is now shiny. Some pits, scratches and impact marks externally. Looks like one base edge has had a chip polished out, as it dips in further than it does on the three other sides, and the glass is unusually smooth. Nice looking goldfields pickle. Grade: 7.4 Estimate: $50 - 75
