Very Good. When given to us this demijohn had the whole top painted over but we have peeled back most of this to reveal a shallow 20 x 14 mm piece that has been chipped out with the original piece glued back in. There is still some patchy overpainting remaining elsewhere but this can easily be cleaned off. The repair itself just needs a good clean off and a better finish and this will be a great example of a rare country demijohn. A minor amount of glaze wear to the inner lip edge. There is really nothing much else wrong with this one. Grade: 7.5 Estimate: $300 - 400
