No embossing: Small size early English mallet. Wine Mallet Mallet body. String lip. Green. Pint. 145 mm. 1720s-1730s
Good. Has heavily etched stain patina all over. A couple of scratches to the shoulder. Maybe a small chip to the lip but could just as easily be a manufacturing fault. Several bubbles are at the surface and milky. Beautiful early wine and quite exceptional in this small size. Grade: 6.8 Estimate: $600 - 800
