Mint. Rough translation of writing on cap is pocket (or hip) flask for coughing. Otherwise known as a pocket spittoon. This has a spring loaded wide mouth cap to allow one to spit into it. The other end is threaded to allow one to empty their spit at the appropriate time. This is an amazing piece of history, and is basically still new in the box. The box is in good condition, there is some tearing to the label edge on the front and some staining to the box edges. Grade: 9.9 Estimate: $150 - 200
