Very Good. Surface is a bit scuffed and scratched. There are some little spots of rust that should soak off. Shallow 5 x 3 mm chip off the outside of the flange. A few other little flakes and marks off the bottom of the flange. Good looking lid that with a little clean should come up beautifully. This lid does not come with a base.
