1. Excellent. Nice clean jar with some light scratches and marks over the surface. Under the base is a pair of shallow flake chips, these are probably where the pottery has pulled when the item was removed from the potters wheel. Nice coloured glaze, probably Bendigo pottery made but not marked as such. 2. Near Mint. Some minor scrapes and scratches to the surface. Stamp is a bit weak. Really unusual colour/glaze. Crudely made. 3. Excellent. Some wear and little flakes to the shoulder. A few scratches and marks over the surface. Probably Bendigo pottery but not marked as such. 4. Very Good. Four small chips and a little fracture around the lip. Crudely glazed with missed areas that look pink. Some scratches and scuffs over the surface of the jar. 5. Very Good. Has a shallow 7 x 6 mm chip to the mid back with some small flakes above this. 7 x 4 mm chip to the back base and a few flakes around the shoulder. Nice looking jar. 6. Near Mint. Light scuffs and marks. Nice crude jar, unusual shape. 7. Good. 18 x 5 mm chip to the front lip, with another small glaze flake to upper lip. Some rust stain, scuffs and scratches over the surface. Glaze is crudely applied with drips, runs and parts that have missed out. 8. Good. Has a couple of large chips off the back lip. Some flakes and wear around the lip and shoulder. A few scratches and scuffs. A couple of small rust spots. Nice early Bendigo stamp, well applied. Good looking jar. 9. Excellent. Some scratches to the surface of the glaze and a bit of crazing. Good strong stamp and a nice colour. The Oriental Manufacturing Co were in Melbourne. Grade: N/A Estimate: $30 - 40
