Excellent. Small rust spot on upper front lip, the right lip has a scratch. Under the front base is a shallow area over 60 x 17 mm that is either chipped or a clay pull from the potters wheel. Fortunately this doesn't show at all when the jar is sitting normally. A little bit of scuffing and some scratches to the shoulder. Some wear around the tap hole, on the right side of the tap is a fine horseshoe hairline over about 15 mm. A couple of small scratches / glaze flakes just through the glaze to the rear body, these are hard to see. Note that the tap in place is just a painted plastic one for display purposes. A really nice printed demijohn. Grade: 8.65 Estimate: $600 - 800
