Very Good. Polished. Extremely rare and unusual patent marble bottle. Has been heavily pitted at one stage and polishing has left behind remnants of pit marks / fisheye type marks scattered over the surface. Seam lines are still visible to most of left side but only in places on the right. The embossing has been well protected and is generally pretty good. Interesting mould mark on the back where the HON of syphon has obviously been changed by the glass maker suggesting there was a spelling error in the original mould. Small flake chip under the base with smooth edges from the polishing process. There is still a tiny 3 x 2 mm bruise on the top of the back lip and the top of the lip generally shows just a little wear. Only brand we know of that used this 2 triangle version of Hill's Patent, and this is quite rare as well. Grade: 7.05 Estimate: $500 - 750
