Near Mint. Has a very fine 12 mm long glaze hairline to the front lip. There is a light surface scratch to the glaze on the rear neck. Otherwise just some light crazing in spots. A couple of minor surface marks. Extremely rare Salesman's sample bottle. At this time two examples are known in this all tan type and one that is tan top/off white base.
