Very Good. Presents very well as a generally lovely clean jar. But around the lip are two deeper chips - 10 x 9 mm and 3 mm deep and 12 x 9 mm and 4 mm deep. There are another 4 very minor glaze flakes from these to the back of the lip. On the back shoulder is a large shallow 25 x 18 mm chip - around 1 mm deep across it. The front has a little manufacturing blow out measuring around 10 x 5 mm. Rest of the jar is really nice and clean with good strong print. There is a small, shallow flake under the base. There is a lid with the jar that is probably not original and has many chips around its edge but does a good job keeping the dust out! This jar from Melbourne is quite difficult to get in this large size and this not a bad example. Grade: 7 Estimate: $75 - 100
