Globe on shoulder. Square section, slightly concave panels with two rings in neck. Minor part of label to back shows it to be an export bottle for Australasia. Label likely went around edges and name would appear to be Hill & Ledger. Goldfields Pickle Square section English made goldfields era pickle. Applied collar lip. Green-aqua. Pint. 247 mm. 1860s
Very Good. Does have a 19 x 9 mm shallow chip from the underside of the front base. Associated with this is a shallow 3 x 6 mm flake to the bottom of the front. There is a very fine 2 x 3 mm impact to the top of the back lip. Some light haze, mainly near the base and also mostly at the back. Some light scuffs and scracthes to be found. Very nice example of a Goldfields bottle. Grade: 7.6 Estimate: $25 - 50
