Gillard & Co Ltd / London. Base mark: B & Co Ld / K / Rd No C48004 / 2059 (Probably Bagley & Co, Knottingley glass maker) Household Pickles Half pint, yellowy/green-aqua pickle bottle. Flattened oval shape with heavy band around base and shoulder. Heavy applied lip. 166 mm. 1886-1890s
Very Good. Inside needs a wash with a build up of dust/grime in the base. Inner back has some stain that may require a bit more work to remove. A few light scuffs and scratches scattered around the outside but overall a very nice looking pickle bottle. Grade: 7.8 Estimate: $50 - 70
