No print. Square section fluted goldfields pickle. Household Goldfields Pint size green-aqua pickle. Three sides have 3 heavy ribs/4 grooves down each. Slightly concave side at pack for label. Neck has a pagoda type effect with ring at shoulder, concave section above this and another ring before short straight neck and crude applied top. 188 mm. 1850s-1860s
VG / Tumble Cleaned. Close inspection reveals evidence of this having the lightest of tumble cleans. There is a very shallow chip to the underside of one corner (10mm x 7mm) and a tiny flake to the lip (3mm x 1mm). Some very light scratches and scuffs scattered over the surface but nothing that distracts the eye. Nice example of a very scarce pickle. Grade: 7.3 Estimate: $250 - 300
