No embossing. Gothic Arch goldfields pickle. Household Goldfields Approximately Pint size, green aqua round section bottle with six heavy arches. Bottle then dips in to a groove at the shoulder followed by a bulbous hexagonal section to the lower neck. A double ring at mid neck then a straight section to a very crude applied top. 209 mm. 1850s
Good. Is dull/worn all over and although there are some surface scuffs and scratches evident no overly deep marks. There is a very small burst bubble to one of the neck rings (5mm x 2mm) and a tiny chip of the bottom of one of the arches right near the base of the bottle (4mm x 4mm). Solid example of a scarce pickle. Grade: 6.8 Estimate: $250 - 300
