N/A. (N/A). 1. Good. 20 x 14 mm chip to left rear lip has been filled. Smaller chip to front lip has been filled. Couple of flakes to lower front lip have been coloured over. Paintwork over large chip and front lip does not match that well, this could be improved somewhat but at least you can see reasonably well where the repairs are rather than having no idea. Couple of thin flakes to the right heel. Some glaze wear scattered around. 2. Repaired. It looks like the left lip has been heavily restored, a large chip that looks to have been to the bottom of the lip. Repair is really good, the paint has been blended in beautifully to make it hard to ascertain extent of repair. There may be another chip or two repaired to lip as well. Some flaking to front left base edge over about 25 x 10 mm has been roughly filled. 40 x 25 mm chunk of something under right base heel may be filling something as well, this looks like bubblegum! Flake or two to heel and base edge. A bit of glaze wear in places. No grading as we cannot fully ascertain extent of lip repair. 3. Fair. 25 x 23 mm deep sliver chip to right lip has been filled 20 x 5 mm flake to upper and inner left lip has been filled. Shallow glaze flake to front lip. Couple of little chips under base are likely potters pulls. A few scratches and some little spots of wear. A little fine discolouration. Hard to get in this Glasgow made variety. 4. VG. Tiny glaze flake to upper front lip. Left lip and neck have a couple of drips of glaze or similar, this must be from elsewhere as they are not covering up any repairs. Scrape mark to right base edge from making. Some crazing scattered around from making. Some people would call the print blue on this, but it is defintely a faded black print. A little fine surface wear in places. A little glaze nick or two. Some scratches. Decent example, a bit harder to get in this Real variety as opposed to the usual Celebrated varieties.. Estimate: $70-100
