Very Good. (7.2). Hazy throughout. Spot or two of rust. Scuffs and scratches scattered around including some pitted examples. Some fisheyes and impact marks as well. The 4 and 5 of 1845 both have nibbled and discoloured flaking to them. The rest of the embossing is very strong, there is some high point wear. Interesting variation, note that this is the earlier Carlton variety, but more importantly, this has four triangle dimples in the chamber as opposed to the usual three.. Estimate: $50-75
