Not sure how this works, the shield flips up to reveal the striker, but in my mind if you strike the striker with gas in this beast, you will burn yourself! However, it has just been pointed out to me, once you activate the button to open the face shield, the flint automatically activates to start the lighter, hence no burnt digits - which is a wonderful thing. I hate a burnt digit!. Estimate: $30-50
