J. R. Gracey / Trade (Flag with J.R.G Initials) Mark / Nathalia // Lemonade. No Base Mark. (Victoria). Aerated Water. Codd. Applied top, spun finish. Four way pour Dobson style patent with four dimples. Green. 10 oz. 230 mm. 1910s
Very Good. (7.5). Upper rear lip has a small circle which looks to be an open bubble. Just around from this is a little impact mark with a very small bruise from it of about 3 x 2 mm which is hard to see. Spot of rust to upper lip and some very fine wear to outer lip edge. Lower inner rear lip has an odd mark which is from making, a lump of glass of sorts. Little nibbled impact flake to rear heel is about 3 x 3 mm, inner heel next to this has a shallow bruise of about 4 x 3 mm. Embossing is great in general, there are a few little nibbled spots of wear. Some fine scuffs and scratches to be found. A few little fisheyes. Some fine inner dirt, this will soak out. Amazing bottle in this greenish looking colour, this is one of those Made in Japan codds, not that it says so on the bottle in this instance. Rare bottle in this style!. Estimate: $500-750
