Registered / (Unofficial Australian Coat of Arms) / Trade Mark // (Fancy Scrollwork) / Gowers Bros. / Seymour / Lemonade. Base: AGM Monogram. (Victoria). Aerated Water. Codd. All Way Pour. Spun finished top. Aqua. 10 oz. 217 mm. 1920s
Very Good. (7.7). Some inner neck dirt will clean out, as will some grime. Some light scuffed scratches to right lip and end of right bulb. A bit of crate wear to word registered, the emu head and top of the circle. Nibbled flake to the R of Bros. A few letters on the other side have some small nibbled marks. Light scuffed area near base edge as well. Texta code and sticker show that this was a Dennis O'Hoy find at Kilmore on the 17th November, 1968 - yes, that is 54 years ago! Do not confuse this with the usual H. Gowers, this Gowers Bros bottle is very rare, and very ornate with heavy embossing, a far superior item to the H. Gowers. We haven't sold one of these rarities since Auction 15 when one made $740!. Estimate: $750-1000
