Repaired. (0). And when we say repaired it has had the original top piece very roughly glued back in place. There are some cracks and hairlines through the body as well. Couple of small chips to the inner front lip. It is really a restorers delight. But being a rare bottle is well worth spending some time on.. Estimate: $30-50
