1. Fair. Chip to lower face, another nick or two as well. Half a dozen or so flakes to outer flange through the glaze. Another four or five little glaze flakes to inner flange wall, and then half a dozen or so bigger glaze flakes to underside of lid. Heavy discoloured crazing throughout. Some rust stains. Has a base which is stained with a couple of flakes and a hairline. 2. Very Good. Spot or two of wear. Some crazing which is a little discoloured to the underside. Base has some flakes and heavy dark stains. 3. Good. Small lump to coat of arms from making. Tiny flake or two to inner flange. Very heavily stained throughout with rust and crazing as well as some lumpy crud. No base with this one. 4. Good. Flake to face edge at the top. A few small flakes to the bottom of the flange. Discoloured crazing. No base with this one. 5. Good. Chip to outer face rim to left. Some stains. Discoloured crazing throughout. Comes with a base which has a crack underneath.
