Very Good (N/A). This would have been mounted on top of an early cash register. The etched writing has been painted white. Fancy outer rim, looks like a mythical creature of some sort curled around each end. Has been polished, still a bit dull amongst the outer edges and design. Some scratches. Interesting item.
